When each building is looking for new committee members, they send out an email to their faculty for nominations. Any responses are who is in the running for the open position. Each building then will have runoff by either paper ballot or email ballot.

CES - Jennifer Ladd was replaced by Cassie Long

HMS -  Paula Wiley was replaced by JoBeth Webb

HHS -  AK Barnes was replaced by Taryn Kendrick

When each of the classified positions are looking for new committee members, an email is sent to all classified employees seeking nominations. Any responses that coincide with the job class (maintenance/custodian, transportation, food service, secretary, and paraprofessionals) are in the running for the open positions. The runoff is held by email ballot.
