The Highland School District is proud to congratulate 11 educators who were recently identified to receive merit pay through the Arkansas Merit Teacher Incentive Fund Program.
Together, these dedicated educators earned $49,500 in incentive pay for achieving outstanding growth scores and/or teaching in an identified shortage area.
