The Junior High Quiz Bowl team delivered a strong performance at the ICC Invitational Tournament on Saturday, October 10. Competing in a field of six teams, the squad earned an impressive second-place finish.
The Junior High roster includes:
Isaac Ishmael
Lincoln Alexander
Aiden Arnold
Mordecai Arthur
Lydia Swiatkowski
Berlyn Rhodes
Mordecai Arthur anchored the team's offense, leading the scoring with an outstanding average of 70 points per game.
This achievement is particularly noteworthy given the team's composition. Composed entirely of seventh and eighth graders. Team coach, Ms. Overman, expressed high praise for the team's dedication and looks forward to a promising and exciting season ahead.
Way to go, Rebels!
