There are still many items in our Lost & Found following last week’s Parent-Teacher Conferences.
Mr. Bryan, our custodian, will have tables set up under the awning on Wednesday, March 25 (during Spring Break) for families to stop by and look through the remaining clothing items.
We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity and see if anything belongs to your student.
Spring Break is next week! Students return Monday, March 30.
Enjoy your time off!
Parents and guardians are asked to bring several required documents at the time of registration, including a birth certificate, the child’s Social Security card, an up-to-date physical, and a current immunization record. Students should also attend registration, as an entry-level screener will be conducted.
To be eligible for kindergarten, children must turn five (5) years old on or before August 1, 2026. All students must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.

If your child sold popcorn, we ask that you please stop by Cherokee Elementary School (CES) to pick up the order. To help ensure that items are not lost or damaged while traveling home on the bus, we ask that all fundraising items be picked up by a parent or guardian.
We appreciate your support and all the hard work from our students who participated in the fundraiser!
If you have any questions, please contact the office at 870-257-3118.
All students at CES will have their photo taken, and a proof will be sent home later with information on how to order.
Students who attend HMS or HHS will also have the opportunity to have their picture taken. They will be called from class and shuttled to CES for pictures, and they will receive a photo proof with ordering information as well.
Kindergarten students will have their cap and gown pictures taken on this day.

We are hosting DONUTS WITH GROWN-UPS this month for the classes of Strobbe, Saulnier, and McClure!
When: Friday, February 27
Where: HMS Cafeteria
Time: 8:00 am
- All students from these three classes can invite two grown-ups to attend
- All guests attending must check in to the HMS office and present a valid form of identification

Join us February 16–20 as we focus on spreading kindness, building each other up, and making HMS an even stronger and more positive place to learn and grow. Small acts of kindness can make a big difference — whether it’s encouraging a friend, helping a classmate, or simply sharing a smile.
We can’t wait to see everyone participating and spreading positivity throughout Highland Middle School! 💫

Attention graduating Rebels of 2026 and our Kindergarten Class!
Don’t forget — tomorrow night is PASS THE PRIDE during the home basketball games! Join us as we celebrate this special Highland tradition and bring together two important classes in our Rebel family.
It’s also Senior Night for our basketball and bowling Rebels, so come ready to cheer loud, show your support, and help us honor our seniors as they wrap up an incredible season.
We can’t wait to see you there! 🏀✨
