All students in grades K-6 can keep their school-issued chrome book at home this summer to use next year. If families do not want to be responsible for the chrome book over the summer, please return them to the students' teachers or schools next week. If you moving out of the district, please return the chrome book and any school-issued internet device to the central office.

The Highland School District will offer a virtual academy for the 2021-22 school year. The Highland Virtual Academy (HVA) requirements and expectations are different than what we put in place this school year to address COVID.
If you are interested in applying for HVA, please read the information and complete the application linked below. School administrators will review the application, contact you to discuss your student's enrollment status, and schedule a conference.

This week's Pee Wee basketball camp will have transportation provided to those who want it. The shuttle bus will be behind the buses at their school and will take campers to the high school gym.

Sports Physicals will be given on May 19th. Physicals will be given at the High School. Physicals are free and will be conducted by Highland Medical Staff along with area Health Care Providers. All athletes in grades in 7-12 are required to have a physical each year before they can participate in activities. Any student who indicates they will participate in athletics, grades 7-12 (21-22 school year) will be given a physical unless otherwise instructed. Those wishing to secure their own physical should call the school office of their child and opt out by Monday, May 17.

At the conclusion of tonight's graduation ceremony there will be a fireworks show at approximately 8:15 that can be seen from the Highland football field.

Highland Senior Graduation will be at 7:00 pm tonight on the football field. All guests will need to park and enter on the home (east) side and must have a voucher to attend. Senior Reception will be held on Thursday, May 13 at 6:00 pm. Graduation will be on Friday, May 14 at 7:00 pm. Guests must have vouchers to attend. Both events will be available via Livestream.

Seniors/Class of 2021. The Senior Signing will be held on Friday, May 7 at the A. L. Hutson Center. We will start at 9:00 am. Seniors should be there by 8:50 am.
